After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Film and Psychology from Howard University in 2018, Cydia furthered her postgraduate education at Yale University Summer Conservatory for Actors as well as Second City Chicago. While attending the former, she studied characters Edna in Waiting for Lefty, and ‘Chelle in Detroit ’67. Cydia's stage credits include Sandra 1 in The Goodman Theatre's production of The Interrogation of Sandra Bland  interpreted by London-based playwright Mojisola Adebayo’s to Madame Stanley  in Eclectic Full Contact Theatre's adaptation of Richard III. She is currently cast in a web series 'Crowded' and continues to strive forward to her goal of producing, directing, and acting for film and television. She currently is in development of a debut post graduate narrative piece.
